SSI Freediver (2 days)

In this program; online training, pool sessions and open water dives are combined to help you become a confident and safe freediver. Once certified you can freedive with a buddy in open water up to a depth of 20 meters and explore a variety of stunning underwater ecosystems around the world.
SSI Advanced Freediver (3 days)
£500pp
Many freedivers share a passion for diving deeper. This program will teach you how to increase your average dive time by advancing your breath holding training and teaches you the concept of efficiency when freediving, making your body stronger and more effective in the water. Discover the exciting freefall and Frenzel techniques, refined buddy system skills, and more.
Group Open Water Session

Group training for qualified freedivers in Open Water. Minimum 2 individuals per session. Half day.
1:1 Open Water Session
£80pp
Individual coaching for qualified freedivers. Half day.
Snorkelling Session
£60pp
Snorkel guiding and training open for everyone. Minimum 3 individuals per session.
Equipment Rental
£30 per day
Full freediving kit hire for those needing equipment provided.
Pool Coaching
£40 per hour
Freediving instructor hire in the pool for 1:1 coaching or group session.

Sébastien Saintignan – Lead Freediving Instructor
Sebastien is a master’s graduate in Oceanography and has a deep passion for the ocean. Before joining Libertas, Sebastien was an Elite Advanced Instructor in Tenerife, where he trained hundreds of students to become responsible and passionate freedivers. He also assisted athletes during their training, ensuring their safety and providing valuable feedback. During the winter, Sebastien guides people in the arctic circle in the cold Norwegian waters to freedive with orcas and humpback whales.
With over 7 years of experience, Sebastien has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and stories about freediving. He loves getting close to fish and studying their behaviour. If you ask him, he will tell you that he finds fish more interesting than dolphins.
